A few things set us apart. Our app uses a more advanced algorithm that produces sharper, more detailed results from your photo. All pins are hidden on the back of the frame, so the front shows nothing but clean art, most competitors have visible nails on the front. The frame is made from solid rubberwood, a real hardwood, while many others use MDF or softwood. We're also more affordable than most alternatives without compromising on quality. And if you ever need help, our support team is always within reach, something you won't find with most brands.

Everything you need: a circular rubberwood frame (⌀ 20"), black nylon thread (enough for 3 designs), a thread holder, phone stand, screwdriver, wall mount, instruction booklet, and a code for 3 digital credits in the app.

Rubberwood is a sustainably sourced hardwood from rubber trees that no longer produce latex. It's durable, smooth, and has a beautiful natural grain.

Oiled rubberwood has a warm, golden tone with a subtle natural sheen. Sanded rubberwood has a lighter, more natural blonde look with a matte finish. Both are the same quality — it's purely an aesthetic choice.

The frame is 20 inches (50 cm) in diameter, roughly the size of a large wall clock.

By shipping the frame in four quarter pieces, we keep the packaging compact and shipping costs low. That's why we can price our items cheaper then the competitors.

Photos with good lighting and clear contrast work best — think portraits, pets, or simple compositions. Avoid dark, blurry, or very busy images. The app will show you a preview before you start. Try to zoom in on the main subject of your photo to make the details as big as possible.

None at all. The app guides you step by step — every pin is numbered and color-coded. Just follow along. If you can count, you can do this.

Don't panic! Patiently untangle the thread. The app has an "I'm Lost" feature that helps you find your way back. If you still need help, our support team is one message away. :)

Most people finish in 4-6 hours. You can pause anytime and pick up where you left off — spread it over a weekend or a few cozy evenings.

The thread is a 0.12mm nylon monofilament, this thickness is specifically chosen because it produces the most detailed and beautiful result. It's strong, slightly elastic, and holds tension well. Thread breaking almost never happens, but if it does: simply tie the loose end to the last pin you were on, take the new thread end and tie it to that same pin, and continue where you left off. The knot won't be visible in the final result.

Absolutely. The app remembers your last step, so you can stop at any time and pick up right where you left off — whether that's after 10 minutes or 10 days. There's no time limit. Just wind the thread back onto the spool to keep it tight before you pause — this prevents the thread from slipping off the pins.

You can visit the Web-App and see a preview of your string art for free. Your kit comes with a special code. Redeeming this code will gets you 3 credits. With this credits you can unlock the string art instructions.

No download needed. The Woven Art app is a web app — just scan the QR code in the instruction booklet and it opens in your phone's browser. Works on any phone, tablet, or laptop.

Each credit lets you upload a photo and generate a string art pattern. Your kit includes a code for 3 credits, so you can create 3 different designs. You only redeem a credit if you unlock the instructions. This means you have unlimited previews. :)

You can purchase additional credits and threads directly on our website to keep creating new designs.

Free shipping within the United States takes 6-8 business days. Please note that parts of our product are handmade and stock is limited, so delivery times may vary during high-demand periods.

You can return your kit within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. The digital credits must also be unclaimed — if the credits have already been activated, we are unable to offer a full refund and it will be partial refund. To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@wovenart.store and we'll guide you through the process.

The frame ships in four compact quarter pieces in a slim box, no tools needed for assembly. The included instruction booklet walks you through every step in detail. It's straightforward and takes just a few minutes. Need help anyway? Our support team is always ready to assist.

A special art wall nail is included in the kit — simply tap it into the wall and hang your Woven Art. (also guided by the manual booklet). The finished piece weighs approximately 2.4 lbs, so a single nail is enough for most walls. If you can't use a nail, we recommend a wall anchor with a screw for a secure hold. Double-sided mounting tape is also an option. Choose whatever works best for your wall type.

We recommend indoor display only. The nylon thread and rubberwood frame are not designed to withstand rain, direct sunlight, or humidity. Over time, weather exposure can damage the thread tension and discolor the wood. Your Woven Art will last longest in a dry, indoor environment.

No maintenance needed. The oiled version comes pre-treated and ready to display. The sanded version has a natural matte finish that doesn't require any additional treatment. Both options are made to last as they are. Just hang it and enjoy.
