Getting used to the string art process took me a little time in the beginning, and at first I wasn't completely happy with how my photo looked in the preview. But once I zoomed in and adjusted it a bit more, so many beautiful details started to appear.
The app made everything so simple. Just follow the numbers and you're good.
Well I have to say I was not sure if this would actually work but WOW. That is my baby girl right there in that circle! Took me a few evenings but honestly it was nice to do something with my hands. It was quite meditative to guide the string but I needed to take some breaks as well. The detail is really amazing (even better than the app showed me at first), you can see her little face and her markings and everything. All my friends want to know where I bought it and they can't believe I made it myself. I'm 54 and not tech savvy at all but if I can do this anyone can. Already told my sister she's getting one for Christmas.
